ChicnChill is one of our successful brands. We are looking for passionate individuals to join us as a Global Account Manager Intern to support growing our brand on global ecommerce platforms and showcase our unique products from Vietnam.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist your senior to create and manage shops:
- Upload product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, high- quality images, and competitive pricing.
- Set up and manage shops (on Etsy, Amazon, Shopee etc.) dedicated to promoting and selling our products.
Assist your senior in Marketing and Promotion:
- Utilize social media, email marketing, and other channels to drive traffic to your shops.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products in shops.
Customer service:
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a positive buying experience.
Sales reporting:
- Regularly report sales and performance metrics to track progress and optimize strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Passion for doing online business and desire to run your own online business
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Passion for art, craftsmanship, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.
