Global Accountant (Good English)

Outcubator is looking for an Accountant who wants to level- up their career in the Payment industry. If you are highly motivated and have experience in Accounting, we are hiring for an Accountant to join our team in Hanoi.
Responsibilities:
• Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries;
• Supports to do filing tax (global tax);
• Reviews Financial Statements from local accountant to ensure the accuracy of the FS.
• Maintains historical records by filing documents;
• Reviews supporting documents and make payment requests in the system;
• Other tasks assigned by Financial Controller;
• Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions;
• Prepares financial reports (export from system);
• Definines bookkeeping policies and procedures for foreign entities (EU/UK/US Entities)
• Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions;
• Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts;
• Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries;
• Reviews periodic accounts and supports accounting related issues of other offices;
• Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries;

Skills & Competences Required:
• Intermediate- Upper Intermediate level of English (written & spoken).
• Understanding of UK/ EU tax filing procedures and regulations is a big plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• +4 years experience in Accounting;
• Have experience in bookkeeping for foreign companies (UK/US company is big plus)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
• Have understanding of IFRS
• Must have a Bachelor&039;s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
• Strong organization and problem- solving skills;
• Highly organized, with a focus on attention to detail;
