Job Overview And Responsibility
As the Global Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Levents&039; footprint in APAC and the US markets. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for spearheading the sales strategy, fostering international partnerships, and ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams to drive growth across offline and online channels.
Job Description:
Market Expansion:
Identify and approach international retailers to establish partnerships and capitalize on selling opportunities in both offline and online channels.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
Sales & Marketing:
Develop and execute annual or periodic action plans and budgets for operations, personnel, and purchasing.
Provide sales and marketing assets, training, and deploy comprehensive plans to support customers in both online and offline channels.
Coordinate with logistics partners and the warehouse team to ensure timely product delivery.
Key Account Management:
Develop and execute key account plans to ensure sustainable business growth.
Support the Finance team in chasing and collecting overdue payments.
Data Management:
Collect and analyze data for volume forecasts and budgets.
Liaise with related departments to plan resources and operations accordingly.
Organize and maintain a sales information and data system.
Required Skills and Experience
3+ years of experience in business development in global retail market.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Proficient in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
