Mô tả công việc

Work closely with the international offices to understand their requirements to ensure processes are localized, fit for purpose, and legislatively compliant.
Initiate and manage relevant procurement partnerships and successfully negotiate with relevant suppliers to secure favorable terms.
Consolidate business procurement requirements, develop annual procurement plans, review procurement budgets to identify cost- saving approaches, and ensure goods and services are efficiently and effectively delivered.
Develop and maintain a procurement budget, set targets for cost savings, and work with the Finance Department and stakeholders to track performance against the targets.
Process invoices, manage petty cash, and coordinate with the accounting team to process payments of invoices.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, placing orders and maintaining optimal levels. Being responsible for the day- to- day administration management to ensure the smooth running of office operations.
Maintain accurate and up- to- date records, filing systems, and databases.
Develop, gain agreement to, and implement the appropriate strategy and approach for to pay process (including sourcing and contract management) globally.

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum a diploma or equivalent.
Meticulous and excellent organizing skills with an eye for detail.
Experience in purchasing, and administration.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
At least 2 years of related working experience is preferred.
Self- motivated with the personal drive to complete tasks on time and to a quality.
Able to handle independently on multi- tasks with minimum supervision.
Experience in hospitality industry is preferred.
