Mô tả công việc

Depending on your abilities, you will be assigned to the following tasks:
Lead Generation:
Pre- campaign:

Investigate strategic customer outreach channels.
Research Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and the products/services offered by the company.
Develop a phased approach to outreach:

Develop a content plan for personal branding aligned with the company brand.
Prepare Sales Kit: Utilize AI tools to create supportive content for outreach.
Establish outreach channels.

During campaign:

Implement the outreach process systematically.
Collaborate with the Sales team for communication and customer support.
Propose improvements based on real- time feedback.
Update customer information, deal status, and requirements on CRM and Sales metrics.

Customer Support:
Bidding:

Collaborate with Project Owners to monitor project progress.
Negotiate and close deals.
Collaborate with Consultants/Business Analyst to provide quotations and timelines to clients.
Clarify high- level project requirements.
Manage contracts and invoices.

After- sales:

Address and resolve complaints to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients.
Provide ongoing customer support as needed.
Identify opportunities for up- selling and cross- selling.

Planning:

Prepare and present reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Establish and manage sales goals and quotas.
