Global Sales Lead/ Manager (IT Outsourcing Field)

Train and develop sales skills for members of the team.
Communicate with clients, and collect and analyze all requirements and information.
Support the development team to communicate with the client if necessary.
Other assigned tasks.
Manage team size of up to 5 members.
Follow the lead generation process, and convert potential customers to our clients.
Involved in contract, invoice, bill, and payment processing.
Involve in the welcome process when clients visit the company’s office.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to self- motivate and work independently, motivational, creative, persuasive, and willing to experiment.
Have good leadership ability.
Have at least 4+ years of experience in sales management within a corporate setting.
Advanced English in writing and verbal communication.
Excellent Microsoft Office (word, excel) and Google skills.
Vietnamese students who have studied in the US, Japan, or Korea are prioritized.
Excellent presentation skills.
Proven track record of success in the sales cycle from plan to close.
TOEIC >= 800 or IELTS >= 7.0; native speaking is additional.
