RESPONSIBILITIES:
Post- verify warranty documents.
Review and approve warranty parts disposal on monthly basis.
Reconcile debts, certify monthly payments for Distributors.
Support the BOD in developing warranty policies, processes, and guidelines.
Monthly post- verity warranty for specific cases.
Review and approve warranty proposals of authorized Distributors in the markets where there is no VinFast entity present.

REQUIREMENTS:
Having experience working for automobile manufacturers (Distributors, Manufacturers) is an advantage.
Having experience in organizing and operating teams, implementing business and aftersales plans
Having minimum 5 years of Aftersales Service Management, Warranty Management experience or related positions
