Global Workforce Operations (GWO) Hub Leader - ASEAN

Job Overview:
As a Global Workforce Operations Hub Leader, you will help us build and drive a world-class employee experience through our Global Workforce Operations & Solutions organization. This leader has complete end-to-end accountability for the education and delivery of services provided by the workforce operations team to Avery Dennison HR and other functions, managers and employees. This position will coach and develop team members to take ownership and accountability of their service and performance, using data to constantly find ways of improving processes and experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Continuously improve the quality of HR data and the integrity of downstream analytics.
Drive a culture of operational excellence & continuous improvement by establishing a process to ensure all GWO processes and documentation are reviewed, streamlined, simplified and updated on a regular basis to meet the needs of the business.
Develop and maintain Hub HR policies and procedures on a regular review cycle and ensure alignment with global policies.
Redesign HR and Business processes as necessary in order to deliver a strong employee experience and ensure that the HR Service Delivery Technology can be maximized to deliver HR efficiency & effectiveness.
Partner to build and utilize dashboards to enable transparency and access to information.
Deliver operational excellence via clear service level and compliance standards that define expectations and create accountability for delivering enhanced value through HR Services.
Cultivate deep working partnerships with stakeholders across teams.
Lead and develop a team of Workforce Operations and payroll team members located across multiple countries and business units.
Maintain up to date knowledge and understanding of employment laws and general compliance standards within the region you support.
Document and manage end-to-end associate lifecycle HR processes including new hire processing, on-boarding, integration and transitions.
Work closely with other hub leaders to ensure synergies and harmonization of country, regional or global processes wherever possible.
Optimize HR technology systems creating opportunities for automation and reduction of manual processes.

Able to manage multiple high priority demands both individually and via the team
Prior supervisory experience required; people/team management, setting expectations and goals and driving high levels of performance
Minimum of 8 years of experience resulting in strong knowledge of HR operations, programs, technology and service delivery in a growing organization
Experience working in a multicultural environment
Ability to develop strong relationships and influence HR and business partners
Comfortable and skilled in leading and managing change and managing cross functional stakeholders
Experience using an HR case management system preferred
Demonstrated ability to redesign processes for continuous improvement and business results
Prior experience with payroll or leading a payroll team preferred
Bachelor’s degree or higher
