Graduate Engineering Trainee - HSE&S (Quế Võ, Bắc Ninh)

* Job Purpose:We are looking for talent that shares these values and join our GRADUATE ENGINEERING TRAINEE Program in HSE&S- an intensive 18- month rotational on job experience program, in- depth exposure to our operations and relevant experiences right from the start, designed to fast track the careers of the brightest, most driven university graduates.

* Key Accountabilities:

Develops best- in- industry future leaders.
Mentoring by senior professionals during the projects.
Monitor & improve processes in order to maintain or enhance Quality, Health, Safety, Security Environment, Service & Cost level.
This program aims to develop fresh graduates and get them ready for the middle manager positions in HSE&S.
Intensive 18- month entry- level program spanning six- month function- specific project in one of the businesses.
Combines on- job training, job assignments, projects and classroom induction/training to equip with relevant skills.

Fresh Graduate (Bachelor/Master) or Graduates with maximum One Year full- time working experience.
Clear career interested in HSE&S.
Exhibit high initiative & Leadership in student organizations/ extracurricular activities.
Proficiency in English.
Background in safety, environment, industrial management or any major that related in HSE&S.
Showing excellent personal quality in continuous learning, analytical thinking, teamwork & achievement orientation; bright & creative minds & up for challenges.
Geographical mobility- possible to travel across provinces in Vietnam in 1 year time (Dong Nai, Binh Duong, HCMC) for training purpose.
