Graphic Design Lead

Leading a strong feedback loop on the Design process across the multifunctional teams
Maintaining and evolving Design systems, documentation, processes
Cross-team management: communicating and collaborating with Marketing, Product, Tech, and Business owners
Architecting the fundamentals of our tools and systems keeping in mind the scalability and future
Creating frameworks and heuristics for the Design team to operate within
Evangelizing the design team (both internally inside the company, and within the external community as well)
Managing and executing the long and short-term goals & deliverables of the design team in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.

Passion for AI / ML technologies and familiarity with the space
Excellent cross-functional communication skills
Mobile-First Design, with Web Design being a secondary
Excellent communication skills and collaboration experience with marketing, product and engineering
Three Plus (3+) Years’ Experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or Related Digital Design.
Proficient with Sketch, the Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping apps like Invision
Experience with Video Playback
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Proven analytical and quantitative skills
Organized and consistently advocates for design methodologies and processes
