GRAPHIC DESIGN MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for developing the Brand Identity of the business and overseeing its implementation internally throughout the development process.
* Design product packaging (including box artwork, instruction manual, labels, etc.), ensuring packaging is functionally viable and visually appealing.
* Jump on every opportunity to refine, evolve, and grow the brand.
* Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, printers, etc.
* Mentor developing talent, set a high bar for creative excellence, and contribute to a creative culture that people want to join.
* Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
* Bring a solid understanding of current digital technologies and design trends.
* Find and nurture great relationships with freelancers and collaborate with them on various projects.
* Study and analyze design; advise the MKT team on product regulation, material, and general issues.
* Provide creative ideas, advice, and decisions for project implementation and experiences across corporate brands, sub- brands, subsidiary brands, and across platforms: posts, packaging, e- commerce, and retail.
* Manage overall creative tasks for multiple projects.
* 70% Design execution for in- house and corporate brands
* Solid knowledge of creative production, art direction, graphic design and typography.
* Adapt and roll out approved concepts and key visuals for advertising across all channels, above and below the line.
Key Performance Indicators:
* Experience directing internal and external creative resources.
* Quality control: generate strong visuals for each assignment.
* Participation: weekly meeting with team with specific creative deliverables.

Expertise:
* Proficient in Digital, Social, and Print advertising formats and methodologies.
* Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals
* Excellent in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
* Detailed oriented
* Good skills on tasks prioritization & details focus
* Superior graphic design and key visual creating skills with a supporting portfolio.
* Strong conceptual skills and the ability to formulate innovative ideas
Experience:
* Planning & Organizing Skill; Presentation Skill; Time Management Skill; Problem- solving skill; Communication Skill.
* Experience with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and In- Design. The sketch is a plus
* Have the ability to think creatively, imaginative and artistic to produce new ideas
* Ability to adapt quickly to change, proactive, motivated, and have positive attitude
* 8+ years of Design in FMCG/ Retail, experient in delivering material to young target audiences plus; Good knowledge of Creative and Graphic design
* Ability to manage own time effectively, meeting deadlines and design standards.
* Strong Leader ship
