Roles and Responsibilities
This role requires a strong understanding of visual design principles, brand guidelines and the healthcare industry. It also provides visionary leadership to the art department, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence as well as sets the creative vision and direction for projects to ensure the highest standards of visual output.
Creative Direction & Visual Development:
- Develop and execute design strategies that align with the brand’s vision, focusing on beauty aesthetics and trends.
- Oversee the creation of visuals for all MKT channels (O2O), ensuring they resonate with platform- specific audiences and trends.
- Develop Thematic & Product KV following BI, guidelines and annual Marketing Plan
- Create visually appealing POSM, AW for various marketing channels, including social media, website, print marquette, digital advertising, activation, events, etc.
Cross- Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, digital social content, EC and product teams to understand objectives, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and to ensure designs meet business goals.
- Contribute creative ideas to marketing initiatives.
- Delegate projects effectively, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Maintain Brand Consistency:
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Develop brand merch, brand application
- Ensure consistent branding across all O2O platforms
Innovation and Trends:
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies.
- Explore and implement new design techniques and tools.
Photo & Video Shooting Support:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Stay updated on EC technology trends and recommend system upgrades when necessary.
Co- leading Agencies: Provide feedback, guidance, standard style guide to agencies if any
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Art or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proficiency & professional experience in Adobe Creative Suite, 2D, Video editing, Motion Graphics, Social AW, UX/UI, experience with 3D design software is a big plus.
- Passion for the healthcare, health supplements and wellness industry.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design skills and styles.
- Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of e- commerce design optimization and social media specifications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 1
