Job Title: Graphic Design Trainee

Position Overview:
Under the guidance of the Graphic Designer, you will assist in the conceptualization and execution of visually captivating designs to support various marketing initiatives and campaigns. Additionally, you will work closely with the Communications Manager to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the production process, including image sourcing, photo editing, and preparing files for print and digital distribution.
Adapt quickly to feedback and incorporate revisions in a timely manner to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving design processes and workflow efficiency.
Assist in the development of multimedia content such as videos, animations, and interactive presentations to enhance marketing efforts and engage the target audience.
Support the Graphic Designer in creating visually appealing designs for various marketing collateral, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, advertisements, digital banners, social media graphics, and email newsletters.
Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as organizing files, managing design assets, and maintaining project documentation.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the Communications Manager to understand brand guidelines and ensure that all designs adhere to the established brand identity and messaging.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, as well as emerging technologies and tools, to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
Bachelor&039;s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Strong creative thinking and problem- solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Passion for luxury hospitality and a keen eye for aesthetic excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Fluency in English
Previous internship or work experience in graphic design or a related field is preferred but not required.
Basic understanding of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is a plus.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
