Job Description
Create Visual Brand Identity
Develop artwork aligned with brand guidelines and campaign direction.
Produce print and digital advertising materials.
Conceptualize and design branding and marketing materials (social posts, banners, key visuals, POSM, etc.).
Develop Key Visuals and Marketing Collaterals
Design brand identity systems and visual style guides where required.
Support website visual design (landing pages, UI mockups, website banners) — knowledge of website design is a strong advantage.
Create marketing materials such as EDMs, posters, banners, sales kits, and presentation decks.
Manage Design from Concept to Production
Execute projects based on approved briefs and branding guidelines.
Coordinate with printers, suppliers, or developers when necessary.
Ensure all files are production- ready (print specs, formats, color codes, etc.).
Maintain proper documentation and organization of design files.
Requirements
Experience
Diploma or Degree in Art/Design/Creative fields OR minimum 2 years of relevant freelance/agency experience.
Proven portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, and digital design projects.
Skills Required
Experience in InDesign for layout and desktop publishing is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop).
Solid understanding of print production, color systems, and file preparation.
Ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visual designs.
Basic motion graphics or video editing skills are a plus.
Knowledge of website design (UI layout, landing page design, or Figma) is a strong advantage.
