About the Job:
You will bring fresh and exciting creative ideas to life for monthly brand campaigns, making sure every design is idea- driven, engaging, and aligned with campaign goals. At the same time, you’ll help keep our digital creatives modern, high- quality, and always ahead of trends.
As a Graphic Designer, you will be in charge of creating end- to- end creative assets for our e- commerce channels, especially TikTok and TikTok Shop. From decorating the TikTok Shop storefront to designing visuals for marketing activities, you will play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up online.
Job Responsibilities:
• Translate brand and product positioning, existing research, and online marketing assets execution into effective, high- performance digital designs.
• Work with internal teams to translate and create marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that designs are aligned with brand identity as well as usability, accessibility, and best practice industry standards.
• Produce creative assets for e- commerce platform stores, product graphics, social media posts and banners, static and rich banner ads, graphic motion design, and livestream design frame.
• Being a brand ambassador ensures that all touch points are in line with the brand&039;s DNA.
• Ensure consistency of brand and creativity across digital customer touch points.
• Manage and produce digital design work, including banner sizing and versioning.
• Continually maintain awareness of customer behavior to maximize effectiveness of creative assets.
• Have outstanding attention to detail and solid graphic design principles.
• Broaden and enhance knowledge by keeping up to date with digital innovations and competitors.
