Graphic Designer (Executive/Senior)

Project Management & Execution

Execute visual concepts and design deliverables that align with client expectations.
Take ownership of project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Receive and analyze project briefs to fully understand scope and requirements.
Gather and research all relevant project information proactively.
Maintain consistent quality and creativity across all design outputs.

Idea Presentation & Client Engagement

Present design concepts during internal reviews and client meetings.
Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions with the creative team.
Support the team during client pitches and contribute to winning proposals.

Team Collaboration & Mentorship

Foster a positive team spirit, sense of responsibility, and collaborative mindset.
Assist in tracking team performance and provide support for intern development.
Collaborate with internal team members and provide feedback to interns/junior designers.
Help manage workload distribution and share experience to elevate the team’s skills.

Cross- functional Coordination

Coordinate with other departments (accounts, production, strategy...) from briefing to execution.
Ensure seamless integration and alignment across teams throughout the project life cycle.

Learning, Reporting & Development

Improve skills in visual communication, storytelling, and technical execution.
Actively engage in professional events (workshops, exhibitions...) to enhance industry knowledge.
Document working files and consolidate knowledge into professional reports:

Portfolio submission is required for application.
Skilled in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), and other relevant design software.
Solid time and task management, with the ability to multitask effectively.
A dynamic, proactive, friendly, and professional work attitude.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
2- 4 years of experience in a similar design role.
Confident in presenting ideas and design direction.
Proficient in analyzing creative briefs and translating them into design strategies.
