Graphic Designer - Hà Nội

- Participate in concept development, drive design from concept through market execution.
- Job’s expected deliverable: Key visual for big campaign, graphic visual for digital (Website, social post, banner, infographic…), layout for PR (print-ads & magazine), graphic visual for offline channel (banner / standee / backdrop / POSM…), UX/UI, storyboard
- Collaborate with team to ensure designs are aligned with the overall creative direction and the strategic guidance
- Develop visual materials as required for effective presentations and participate in the decision process.
- Ensure all elements are properly prepared and meet the requirements of brand design manual.
- Understand commercial marketing, product lines, market segment issues and customer types to be able to recommend customer-focused solution.
- Support brand manager to manage the design process and creative outputs to meet budgets and timelines.

- Education: From colleague degree above
- Background: Prefer in advertising agencies, branding & design agencies, digital agencies or experienced freelancer
- Experience: At least 3 year practical experience in graphic design
- Knowledge: Adobe Design apps (Ps, Ai, Id…), Graphic, layout & Branding Design, have knowledge in Digital Design (web, online banner, UX/UI)
- Communication: Good communication skills in the cross-cultural and cross-departmental coordination context.
- Language: Native speaker, fluency in Mandarin or English is an advance.
- Personality: Organized and detail-oriented; Driven, timing, self-motivated and passion, an off-beat perspective and the courage to look at challenges from unusual angles
