Graphic Designer Intern

As a Graphic Designer Intern, you will assist in creating visual content that aligns with the company&039;s brand identity and supports our marketing initiatives. You will be part of a rapidly expanding on- site Brand & Marketing team, helping to grow the BigIn brand and contribute to digital projects in Vietnam and around the world.
In the process of brand expansion and team development, we are looking for a motivated and creative Graphic Designer Intern to join our dedicated Brand & Marketing Team at BigIn JSC. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands- on experience in a dynamic environment and contribute to the company&039;s marketing goals.
Key responsibilities & accountabilities:

Helping generate ideas and create visuals for marketing campaigns across various platforms
Assisting with media development tasks such as filming, basic video editing and audio production
Cooperate with other departments such as Sales, Design, and HR for special events or campaigns.
Participating in team meetings and providing input on design- related topics and projects
Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
Assisting in developing visual concepts and designs that align with a brand’s identity and meet the needs of clients and marketing teams (branded content, logos, print collateral, digital collateral, and promotional materials)
Collaborating with clients and our team to ensure that designs accurately reflect the brands’ desired images and messaging

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design software
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Interest in online marketing and social media trends
Creativity and eagerness to learn
Portfolio showcasing a range of design and illustration styles and techniques (school projects or personal work)
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high- quality work
Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision, manage multiple projects simultaneously
Good communication skills and a team player attitude
Due to social marketing campaigns, photo/video editing skill is a must
Able towork at least 3 days per week
