Working Schedule
You will be working in shifts to engage with our clients around the world who operate in different time zones from ours. Shifts will be rotated weekly, and arranged by team leader:
Winter time (October to March):
Evening shift 16:00- 00:00 (WFH)
Morning shift 07:00- 15:00
Summer time (April to September):
Evening shift 15:00- 23:00
Morning shift 07:00- 15:00
Responsibilities
Create product instruction layout and adapt to multiple languages following clients’ CVI (Corporate Visual Identity).
Create layouts for Nordic magazines & newspapers based on given guidelines and requirements.
Other tasks assigned by the leader.
You are able to create the final artwork and prepare final files that meet the client’s specifications.
Combine graphics, written content, and advertisements to create visually appealing layouts.
Requirements
Open- minded, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team
Familiar with CVI/Brand guidelines, marketing, communications materials, and layout guidelines
Able to schedule and prioritize tasks, and have attention to detail
Having knowledge about printing techniques, color profiles, and printing material
Able to conduct office communication and understand clients‘ briefs in English
2- 3 years of experience in creating marketing materials, or at least 1.5 years specializing in layout and packaging design.
Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
