Co- ordinate hotel brand standards collateral
Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Work on the concept and execution for the design of any job.
Proof read copy of advertising, collateral and press releases where appropriate
Work in line with business needs
In the event that the Graphic Designer be briefed directly by any department personnel (in the absence of Marcom Manager), they would keep the manager informed. This is to ensure a smooth flow of work within the Marcom Team as deadlines must be drawn in respect to the urgency of each individual job.
Liaise with Purchasing Department to brief suppliers for production when approval is obtained from all concerned parties for layout and copy.
Assist with brand standards policing
Responsible for the in- house point- of- sale materials such as monthly promotional posters, banners and leaflets derived from fact sheets of the respective F&B outlets, and ad- hoc announcement posters.
Execute jobs from briefs in the form of Job Order, generated from Marcom Manager
Maintain collateral and conduct occasional audit
The copy text and relevant information will be provided by Marcom Manager concerned for any job.
Co- ordinate generic IHG merchandise and hotel brand
Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.

Required Skills:

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Graphic Designer Program
Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Problem solving and organizational abilities.
Good writing skills

Qualifications

Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

1 year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
