Bravo is a digital HR solution that enables companies to better engage with and retain their employees. We provide employees with a white-label mobile app connected to a system for HR to manage their workforce at scale. Through  Bravo, companies can offer innovative and relevant employee benefits and rewards programs. Rewards hereby could consist of internal awards or external offerings like merchant vouchers or even pure financial incentives. 

Location: Head office at District 3

Responsibilities

• Design and take care about the graphic world for us and our products.
• Involve in brand designs for our products
• Supporting the team with your design sense and output to make sure we have the most beautiful yet useful products.
• If you are interest with UX/UI we also happy to guide you.

• Having at least 1-year experience.
• Experienced in: Photoshop (intermediate – advanced), Illustrator (intermediate – advance), Printing technique, Graphic for web/ digital Sketch/Figma (if you don’t know, we can train).
• Intermediate-advanced English communication skill is a must
• Meticulous, and having a sharp eye for details.
• Creative, willing to learn, able to research and adapt to new design trends. Able to face challenges.
• Passionate, self-motivated and a positive thinker. Good teamwork, get on well with team members.
• Good presentation skill and/or photography skill is an advantage.
