Key Responsibilities

• What are the most frequent and most important essential work activities, teams, and outcomes they are responsible for?
• Design advertising publications on digital marketing channels (website, Facebook, Instagram,...) such as image posters, gifts, flash banners, pop up, email templates, and website/app interfaces...
• Monitor and manage printing quality of forms and advertising materials, ensuring compliance with approved designs.
• Follow the company&039;s brand identity guidelines
• Design printed publications (brochures, brochures, posters, bankrolls, etc.)
KPIs:
• What are the 3- 5 Key Performance Indicators this position will be measured against?
• Timeline Design (95%)
• Meet requirements (100%)
Interdepartmental communication
• What are the primary people contacts in this job? With whom? What purpose? How Often?
• Producer Marketing- co- worker: receive brief directly
• CEO: report following Job requirements- As needed
• Brand manager: update work process/task

Qualifications:
• What skills, expertise, or behavioral traits are needed to be successful in this position?
• Ability to work independently & a teamwork spirit; Skilled in time management and multitasking
• Develop creativity and creative thinking in line with brand orientation
• Have a good love and understanding of the cosmetic and fashion industry
• Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere (plus point)
Required experience & education:
• What is the education or work experience needed to qualify for this position?
• Graduated with majors in graphic design, fine art, painting…
• 1- 3 year experience as Graphics Designer
