▪ Annual planning to deliver good achievement and smooth operations
▪ Develop, maintain, control and improve ELT working system
▪ Facility management
***Finance
▪ Analyse and give advice to control budget to achieve good performance
▪ Analyse and forecast company‘s financial situation
***Sales and marketing
▪ Plan special MRK strategy to support unhealthy centres
▪ Manage sales performance of all centres
▪ Support MRK to plan and implement local MRK at centres to achieve sales target
***Customer care
▪ Maintain and improve customer care at the centres
▪ Training for TA to deliver good service to the customers
***Centre management
▪ Coaching
▪ Safety management
▪ Performance management
▪ Facility management
▪ Implement strategy of the company to the centres
▪ Monitor and take quick action to support centres
▪ Assessment

▪ Fluent in both English and Vietnamese
▪ Prefer working experience in educational organization
▪ Good communication, leadership/ownership and persuasive skills
▪ Well-organised, problem solving & details management
▪ Experience in managing and filing documents
▪ At least 05 years working experience in foreign company
▪ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
▪ Strong at analytical skill, logical thinking skill
