We seek an experienced and detail- oriented Group Finance Manager to oversee and manage our Vietnam entities&039; financial and statutory operations. The ideal candidate will understand local tax regulations, international remittance procedures, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance, particularly in the real estate and hospitality sectors.
Tax & Regulatory Compliance
• Maintain strong relationships with the Tax Department and proactively handle any tax- related disputes or clarifications.
• Lead and manage all matters related to tax inspection, audits, and compliance in Vietnam.
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of corporate taxes, VAT, and other statutory obligations.
International Financial Transactions
• Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese foreign exchange control regulations and corporate governance requirements for fund movements.
• Manage processes for remittance of funds overseas, including dividends to overseas shareholders and repayment of inter- company or external loans.
• Coordinate and liaise with the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) for foreign loan registration, approvals, and compliance filings.
Corporate Finance & Administration
• Manage all company administration matters, including updates to corporate registry, board resolutions, capital changes, and compliance filings.
• Provide support for group consolidation, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Oversee and maintain company holding structures, ensuring proper documentation, reporting, and alignment with group strategies.
Banking & Treasury
• Manage local bank relationships for operations, funding, payments, and documentation requirements.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, inter- company fund transfers, and treasury functions efficiently.
• Support applications for new loans, bank guarantees, and credit facilities, and ensure proper documentation is maintained for all financial agreements.
Operational Support
• Support real estate development finance, including project feasibility analysis, financing structure, and compliance.
• Work closely/train hotel finance teams to ensure alignment with group reporting standards.
