Group HSE Lead

1. Lead the team towards OHS goals & objectives.

2. Developing and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal and customer guidelines

3. Preparing and enforcing policies to establish a culture of health and safety.

4. Evaluating practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law

5. Suggest solutions, improvements and prevention steps for safety issues

6. Review existing policies and procedures

7. Conduct accident prevention, health and safety training as required

8. Investigate high impact accidents/incidents to find cause and take prevention measures for further incidents as needed

9. Suggest solutions, improvements and prevention steps for safety issues

10.Qualification:

College degree and above in OHS or another similar field

English Literacy

Proficient in office computers: Word, Excel, Powerpoint

Minimum 5 years of experience working in large scale manufacture factory (at least 1000 employee) as HSE supervisor

Must have knowledge in making and implementing HSE policy

With experience in handling ISO audit such as ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 is preferred but not required
