We are looking for a Growth/ Affiliate Marketing Executive with:

Be proficient in SEO best practices and have good understanding of content marketing.
In- depth knowledge of performance marketing.
Experience with copywriting, targeting strategies, and campaign management.
At least 1 year of proven experience and results from previous work as a Growth/ Affiliate Marketing Executive or similar role, be familiar with Shopify shall be a plus.
Good logical & critical thinking.
Efficient team player, superb individual contributor.
Be familiar with marketing automation platforms and strong in implementing A/B testing.

Nice to have

Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Empathy, Patience and Hardworking.
Young, energetic, hunger for knowledge, and always ready for new challenges.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as (but not limited to) SEO, social media, email, content marketing, and partnerships.
Optimize email marketing campaigns and marketing automations.
Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention.
Manage and strengthen relationships with affiliate partners to optimize their sales conversion, develop incentive programs to motivate partners, negotiate placements, and secure added value.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in growth marketing, implementing innovative strategies to ensure performance and efficiency
Work with CGO to plan and execute growth marketing strategy and campaigns.

What You’ll Get
