SCOPE OF WORK
This role is not for everyone. The learning curve is steep and the pace is fast — but for those ready to challenge themselves, it’s deeply rewarding. We are looking for candidates who already possess a solid foundation in Digital Marketing, particularly in Performance Marketing, SEO, or Campaign Analytics. But if you’re completely new to digital or performance marketing, this might not be your starting line.
This is not your typical marketing internship — this is a Growth Marketing lab. You’ll join a team operating at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and Data, where you’ll learn how to design, experiment, measure, and scale growth loops that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.
As a Growth & Digital Marketing Intern, you’ll work hands- on with campaigns, data dashboards, and A/B tests across multiple funnels — learning how growth is engineered in an AI- driven EdTech / HRTech startup in the Workforce Development space. Your key responsibilities will include:
Digital Marketing Planning and Execution
Manage paid ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, YouTube, including ad setup, optimization, and reporting.
Plan and execute social media campaigns (organic + paid) to drive audience engagement and visibility.
SEO and Email Marketing
Create and execute email marketing campaigns. Support in building Email Marketing automation tools to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
Optimize the Edtronaut website and content for search engines to improve visibility and traffic.
Growth Experimentation & Funnel Optimization
Support the design and execution of growth experiments to test acquisition and engagement hypotheses across channels (social, paid, email, and product).
Assist in campaign A/B testing, tracking metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, CAC, and LTV.
Document learnings and contribute to the team’s Growth Playbook — a library of experiments and insights.
Collaborate with Product / Data teammates to identify friction points and co- develop solutions that improve conversion or engagement.
Contribute to building the user funnel — from awareness → activation → retention → referral.
Performance and Data Tracking
Support cohort and funnel analysis to measure user journey performance.
Set up and maintain growth dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Meta Ads Manager and the likes
Build simple reports and visualizations to communicate key findings to the team
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as CTR, ROI, and conversion rates, to measure campaign success.
Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and refine marketing strategies for better outcomes. Generate insights on campaign results and suggest data- driven improvements.
Cross- Functional Collaboration and Strategic Projects
Take ownership of mini- projects where you can ideate, test, and evaluate outcomes.
Participate in weekly growth stand- ups, brainstorming sessions, and performance reviews.
Team Collaboration: Participate in cross- functional projects aligned with the founding team’s objectives, contributing to Edtronaut’s growth and mission.
