Growth Executive

VELA INTEGRATED LOGISTICS CORPORATION
We are looking for an experienced Growth Executive with great Growth skill and passion in B2B marketing, inbound marketing, and digital marketing in general.
GTM
Execution
- Manage sales funnels and exceeding key targets.
- Implement successful GTM plans for new products or services.
- Report to the Growth Leader and Business Growth Manager about the effectiveness of the overall marketing performance with insight and plan for further improvement.
B2B Growth
- Research & conduct other B2B marketing initiatives to drive leads, such as planning & publishing whitepapers, reports, case studies, workshop, webinars, etc.
- Design detailed implementation plan with audiences, channels, PICs, and timeline.
- Digital Marketing/Paid Media: Manage end- to- end B2B Lead Generation advertising campaigns on Google/Facebook/LinkedIn and other channels.
Report to the Growth Leader and Business Growth Manager about the effectiveness of the overall marketing performance with insight and plan for further improvement.
OPERATION EXCELLENCE
- Others: Implement other marketing activities based on the strategy at each period.
- Event execution: organize events such as workshops and webinars for the potential clients.- Social media: main in- charge of marketing content for social channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Youtube; reply messages and comments on these channels following process and guidelines.
- Website management: main in- charge of Website contents, optimize SEO and website performance in general.
- CRM: follow up framework & process/ activities across channels, especially email marketing.

- At least 2 year experience as Marketing/ Digital/ Growth Executive.
- Well- knowledge of B2B growth marketing, lead nurturing and having passion to grow further in this career path.
- Great communication skill, especially in the field of advertising and branding.
- Great planning, project management and time management skills.
- Understanding of marketing channels, especially Event, Website, Social (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Youtube), and Email.
