Growth Lead

Communicate effectively: Clearly communicate growth plans and progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy- in across the organization.
Stay ahead of the curve: Research and keep up with the latest growth marketing trends and technologies. Implement innovative strategies and experiment with new channels to reach and engage users.
Lead and inspire: Build and manage a high- performing growth team. Motivate and mentor team members, fostering a culture of data- driven decision- making and experimentation.
Develop and execute a data- driven growth strategy: Analyze user data, conduct experiments, and identify key growth levers. Develop and implement comprehensive acquisition and retention plans across channels like SEO, content marketing, paid advertising, social media, and partnerships.
Own the user experience: Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with product and design teams to optimize the user journey and drive conversions.

You’re the perfect fit if you have:

A proven track record of success in driving user acquisition and retention.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with multiple growth marketing channels (e.g., SEO, content marketing, paid advertising, social media, partnerships).
2- 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, ideally in a startup environment.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.).
A collaborative and team- oriented spirit with a strong leadership presence.
A passion for learning and a relentless drive to achieve results.

Bonus points if you have:

Experience working with early- stage startups.
Understanding the travel industry
Experience with growth hacking methodologies.
