Growth – New user team is in charge of overall new user acquisition strategy and operation for the Momo app, and be the business owner of all KPIs related to this domain.. The scope includes control of a comprehensive set of tools that can be leveraged to drive new users, which are user journey & product flow, promotions, CRM, partnership programs and performance/digital marketing channels. The nature of the scope is also highly collaborative and requires working closely with many different teams, which include but not limtied to Product, Marketing, Risk, Finance and different Business units of the company.
This position will focus on the most important parts of the New user strategy, which are the user journey and promotion programs. You will report directly to the Head of Growth – New user, and manage a small team of young and talented members who dedicates to these domains.
What you will do
Be responsible for the user onboarding journey and all promotions to drive both New user acquisition and New user retention;
Work closely with Risk teams to keep track of current Risk/ Fraud trends related to New user;
Explore new ideas for optimizing current onboarding flow and promotional campaigns, ensuring new users acquisition/retention growth and achieving KPIs;
Monitor and track the effectiveness of every funnel of the onboarding journey, together with Product Growth team;
Create strong bonding and team culture to retain and develop talents.
Lead the execution of major projects internally or cross- team, and other activities related to the above domains;
Lead the team to ensure optimal productivity and execution;
Owning, planning & monitor New Users acquisition budget, ensuring optimal acquisition channels mix and individual promotion CAC;
What you will need
Strong interpersonal skill; able to manage senior stakeholders.
Familiar with the E- commerce/Fintech market and able to draw on local nuances to design growth activities that are highly relevant to our users;
Excellent communication and ability to clearly articulate vision;
At least 6 years working in relevant fields such as Growth, Digital Marketing, Analytics or User insights;
Excellent people management skills, having a few years of experience managing small team with 2- 3 members
Having a data- driven approach to problem solving;
Excellent projects and tasks management, excellent organizational skills;
