Growth – New user team is in charge of overall new user acquisition strategy and operation for the Momo app, and be the business owner of all KPIs related to this domain.. The scope includes control of a comprehensive set of tools that can be leveraged to drive new users, which are user journey & product flow, promotions, CRM, partnership programs and performance/digital marketing channels. The nature of the scope is also highly collaborative and requires working closely with many different teams, which include but not limtied to Product, Marketing, Risk, Finance and different Business units of the company.
This position will focus help Momo to expand footprint in Hanoi & the surrounding markets, which will include building up a solid growth strategy as well as responsible for the execution of this strategy.
What you will do
Creating a comprehensive strategy to expand Momo penetration in Hanoi, which including all possible levers, from growth toolkits, product, branding & partnerships
Lead the execution of major projects derived from the above strategy, internally or cross- team, and other activities related to the above domain
Owning, planning & monitor New Users acquisition budget related to the project, ensuring optimal acquisition channels mix and individual promotion CAC;
Work closely with Risk teams to keep track of current Risk/ Fraud trends related to New users
Be responsible driving all new user- related KPIs in Hanoi and the surrounding markets.
What you will need
Strong interpersonal skill; able to manage senior stakeholders.
Excellent people management skills, having a few years of experience managing small team with 2- 3 members
Excellent projects and tasks management, excellent organizational skills;
Having a data- driven approach to problem solving;
Excellent communication and ability to clearly articulate vision;
Having solid experience & insight about Hanoi market & Hanoi users, especially within the Tech B2C, Fintech, Ecom space.
Ready to based in Hanoi office, with frequent travel to HCMC head office.
At least 6 years working in relevant fields such as Growth, Digital Marketing, Partnership, Analytics or User insights;
