Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Execution
• Collaborate with content, product, and partnership teams to plan and deliver impactful go- to- market campaigns for new animation releases.
• Develop and execute integrated growth marketing strategies for anime and animation content, driving subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Identify, test, and optimize user acquisition channels (digital ads, influencer partnerships, social platforms, community events, etc.).
Brand & Community Building
• Leverage fan insights to shape messaging, content formats, and engagement tactics.
• Build a strong, authentic brand presence in the anime fan community in Vietnam.
• Organize and support fan activations, screenings, cosplay contests, and other experiential marketing events.
Market & Audience Insights
• Monitor trends in anime and animation fandom to identify growth opportunities.
• Benchmark against global and local competitors to keep our brand ahead in the market.
• Analyze campaign data, customer journeys, and fan behavior to refine marketing strategies.
Cross- Functional Collaboration
• Align with partnerships and distribution teams to maximize campaign reach.
• Work closely with regional/global marketing teams to localize brand campaigns for the Vietnam market.
Requirements
Must- Have:
• Proven track record in growth marketing or audience development for entertainment, digital content, or youth brands.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, including brand and go- to- market execution in a multinational company operating in Vietnam.
• Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
• Strong digital marketing skills (paid media, social media, influencer marketing, content marketing).
• Anime fan at heart – regularly watches anime and understands the culture, communities, and trends.
• Experience with data analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, campaign tracking platforms).
Nice- to- Have:
• Experience in OTT, gaming, or youth culture brands.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Event marketing experience in fan- based communities.
