We are seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager who will be instrumental in leading brand, trade, and social marketing initiatives to propel our company&039;s growth in the fashion retail industry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, adeptness in data- driven decision- making, and a proven record of scaling customer acquisition and retention efforts.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution (30%):
Establish and track team goals to ensure accountability and drive performance.
Maintain brand message consistency across all channels, including events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional materials.
Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies to elevate brand visibility and competitiveness.
Manage and forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the marketing department.
Utilize market surveys, data analytics, and market intelligence to inform marketing campaigns and strategic decision- making.
Develop comprehensive strategies for marketing teams, emphasizing design, branding, positioning, and pricing strategies.
Above The Line & Below The Line Activity (30%):
Plan and execute product launches, coordinate with press and PR teams, aLead product knowledge sessions for internal and external stakeholders to drive product understanding and adoption.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to execute digital marketing campaigns, encompassing content creation, social media, media ads, communities, PR, KOL/KOC, and out- of- home advertising.
Oversee optimization of digital marketing channels to enhance demand generation, expand reach, drive engagement, and improve sales conversion rates.
Personnel Management / Leadership (20%):
Develop measurable targets and implement budget management processes to foster accountability and performance
Establish effective communication channels across stakeholders to facilitate pricing strategy implementation and logistic fulfillment.
Manage and cultivate the marketing team to ensure alignment with departmental objectives.
Monitoring and Analysis (15%):
Conduct market surveys, brand reputation surveys, and customer experience journey analyses to gather insights and identify growth opportunities.
Generate reports to provide analysis and insights into marketing performance, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics and data analytics platforms.
Analyze consumer behavior, competitor movements, market pricing, and customer feedback to propose enhancements and optimizations.
Knowledge Management (5%):
Foster proficiency in various marketing domains, including digital marketing, trade marketing, product marketing, and e- commerce insights.
Maintain awareness of garment and fashion- related topics, including technical features and benefits.
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (both verbal and written).
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices through self- study, training, and collaboration with colleagues.
