Growth Specialist

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to inform strategic decisions.
Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Design and optimize acquisition campaigns across channels such as social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising to maximize conversion rates and ROI.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) to align growth initiatives with product development and customer feedback.
Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention across various digital platforms.
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Growth Specialist, Growth Marketer, or similar role, preferably in the tech or IT industry.
Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross- functional environment.
Good English communication skills (both verbal & written)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills, proficiency in marketing automation tools, and expertise in SEO/SEM, ads campaigns, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
