JOB MISSION/OBJECTIVE:
- Propose plan to develop chain system in long term
- Manage Sales Team to accomplish other KPIs and supervise the implementation of Rohto working regulation.
- Manage Sales Team to achieve Sales target in the assigned channel.
- Do field work to collect and report market information from chain system including sales status and competitors&039; activities
- Manage sales team to develop and implement the merchandizing, POSM and other campaign
- Develop and reinforce Pharmacy Chain system
JOB DUTIES & REPONSIBILTIES:
- Apply A2E into current job to improve the own management skill and motivate the Sales team spirit.
- Combine with Trade Marketing to develop activation and promotion by pharmacy chain
- Conduct training and coaching Sale Team
- Supervise shipment from distributor to pharmacy chain system.
- Follow strictly Sales Target by monthly and quarterly
- Supervise and manage the activities of sale force under assigned channel
- General controlling & leading activities of sales team including Team Leaders, Med Reps.
- Develop and expand coverage, new chains and new channel.
- Frequently contact & keep relationship with key partners, distributors

- Sales skills, receiving and handling customer objections.
- Bachelor degree (Pharmacist is a plus)
- Good sales data analysis and evaluation skills.
- 3- 5 years of experience working as ASM/ Sales Supervisor or equivalent in the pharmaceutical industry, OTC channel/ CVS/ H&B care chain or pharmacy chain such as Pharmacity, Long Chau, An Khang,...
- Training and team development skills.
