Mô tả công việc

- To complete tasks and checklist according to shift.
- To be responsible for daily attendance and timekeeping, following roster as set by Guest Assistant Supervisor or Assistant Front Office Manager and Front Office Manager.
- To process all guest check- in according to established hotel requirements.
- To always show courtesy.
- To process all check- outs according to established hotel requirements
- To attend meetings, training, and briefings determined by the Guest Assistant Supervisor, Department Head of Management.
- To maintain complete knowledge of all hotel features, facilities, and services.
- To proactively assist guests with any of their requests, to ensure guests have the best experience at Amanoi.
- To protect and maintain the confidentiality of all guest information and pertinent hotel data.
- To understand and implement emergency and resort fire policy and procedures.
- To make a positive impression on all visitors and to give them a positive image of the resort.
- To assist Front Office Department in ensuring Departmental Operating Budget is adhered to and that all costs are strictly controlled
- Ensure that all guest inquiries and complaints, whether in person, on the telephone, or via email, are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction. Where appropriate ensure that comments and complaints are reported to management
- To perform any tasks assigned by Guest Assistant Supervisor and Assistant Front Office Manager or Front Office Manager
- To understand and follow all regulations as stipulated in the staff handbook.
- To coordinate with other Front Office staff members to ensure smooth operation.
- To ensure all standards of personal grooming and hygiene required by the management are always maintained.
- To greet guests in a friendly and helpful manner, by always using the guest’s name.
- To ensure all working areas are clean and all equipment and other amenities are always ready to use according to the management standard.
- To maintain complete knowledge and comply with all hotel and departmental policies and procedures
* Benefits:
- Basic salary + fixed SVC (3mil a month) + Incentive bonus after 2 months of probation

Yêu cầu công việc

- Vocational School/College or Certificate in hospitality advantageous.
- Previous experience within the hotel, leisure, or hospitality industry is a distinct advantage
- Strong English communication skills: knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Good telephone manner and IT Skills
- Positive, engaging, and energetic personality
- Able to be organized, manage time wisely and work with little to no direct supervision
- Very high attention to detail
- Sensitive to cultural nuances
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, fast-paced environment
- Good people skills and the ability to work under pressure and with various stakeholders
- Professional appearance
