Input and maintain all booking details in TableCheck
Manage digital inquiries
Coordinate with kitchen, service team, vendors, and accounting on special requirements
Escalate complex bookings and complaints to management
Process deposits and payments (OnePay, bank transfers) for group bookings
Monitor and respond to post- dining feedback (Google Reviews, Instagram, TableCheck)
Handle special requests from customer: custom menus, corkage, flowers, private rooms
Answer hotline calls and triage bookings
Conduct pre- service final sweep (allergies, dietary requirements, decor coordination)

Proactive: flags issues early, solves independently before escalating
Attention to detail: accurate data entry, flawless follow- up
Calm under pressure: multitask across venues, handle sensitive guest issues
Comfortable with multiple digital platforms (Meta, WhatsApp, email, POS systems)
1+ years in hospitality, guest services, or premium customer support
Fluent in English & Vietnamese (professional written communication)
