Guest Relation Officer

Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
Review arrival lists to welcome guests
Help prepare welcome folders with collateral
Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
Address customer complaints and escalate to the Manager when needed
Provide information about amenities, areas and venues and promote services
Attend to special guests and answer their inquiries

High school diploma or suitable equivalent.
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
Available to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays.
1+ years of guest relation officer experience preferred.
A customer- oriented and professional attitude
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Working 5 days per week- off 2 days per week
