Guest Relation Officer (Requires Russisan)

Proactively engaging with guests to understand their preferences, needs, and any special requests.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits.
Serving as the primary point of contact for Russian- speaking guests within the F&B outlets.
Ensuring all guests receive prompt, efficient, and courteous service.
Handling guest feedback and complaints professionally and escalating to management when necessary.
Anticipating potential guest issues and proactively addressing them.
Warmly welcoming and greeting all guests, with particular attention to Russian- speaking guests, in their native language.
Assisting with any language- related needs or inquiries.
Providing menu explanations, taking orders accurately, and offering recommendations in Russian.

At least 1 year of related work experience
High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent
No supervisory experience is required
