Mô tả công việc

Responsible for all activities relevant to guest service, such as check- in and check- out, rooming of all hotel guests, foreign exchange, and assisting them with inquiries.

• Attends to guest complaints, inquiries and requests; escalates problems to supervisor/Assistant Manager if he/she is unable to assist.
• Maintains cashier float and ensures accurate daily report of all money received/sent.
• Registers and rooms all arrivals according to established procedures.
• Does everything possible to ensure that the guests depart the hotel with a high level of satisfaction.
• Performs check in, check out, room change procedures and ensures all data are fully entered correctly into the hotel systems in accordance with reservation.

Yêu cầu công việc

What we need from you&13;
Education: High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent.
Service years in the field: 01- year experience in customer service or switchboard operator.
Knowledge and skills:

Good problem solving and organizational skills.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Guest Services related System.
Strong communication skills when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to effectively interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

Language:

English (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
Others: Chinese, Korean, Russian... (listening, speaking, reading and writing).

LEAVE- NGÀY NGHỈ

At least 12 Annual Leave per year/Ít nhất 12 ngày phép/năm.
2 day- off per week/Hưởng 2 ngày nghỉ/tuần.

ALLOWANCE- TRỢ CẤP

Home leave allowance/Trợ cấp thăm nhà.
Service charge/Thưởng phí phục vụ hàng tháng.
Relocation allowance/Trợ cấp chi phí di chuyển nhận việc.
Rest & Relaxation allowance (depends on job band)/Trợ cấp nghỉ dưỡng (tùy cấp bậc).

INSURANCE- BẢO HIỂM

7 Insurance provided by the Resort from start date/Được Khu nghỉ dưỡng mua bảo hiểm tai nạn 24/7 từ ngày đầu nhận việc.
CompulsoryInsurance by Law/Được đóng các loại bảo hiểm bắt buộc theo quy định nhà nước.
