Guest Service Officer (Receptionist)

Support guest with his/her luggage at any time
Offer Hotel’s services to guests upon checking in
Escort guest to room after done check- in procedure.
Prepare guest’s arrivals and departures files
Explain to guest the service provided
Perform wake –up calls service
Check- in & out for guests.
Do all cashier activities including money exchange
Coordinate with Housekeeping and Restaurant upon guest’s arrivals
Provide information on guest’s requests
To follow and implement any other duty assigned by superiors
Control emergency keys of the Hotel

Willing to work on shifts and weekends
Excellent written and oral communication skill
College/University of Tourism, hospitality or equivalent education
Language: good level in English both writing and speaking
