Guest Services Manager

• Ensure GSA staff can do smooth check- in and check- out, and support Guests in handling their requests.
• Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known
• Assisting with Guests complaints, call the manager when Guests have a problem
• Supervise front office operations during assigned shifts including:
• Take care and support the GSA team to resolve problems when Guests request.
- Supervise the GSA team to follow SOPs and do the right thing
- Maintenance of information about local events
- Maintenance of guest information
• Supervise group bookings with Check- in, Check- out process, and Billings.
• Set target for Upselling, Member Enrollment, Tripadvisor
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
• Supervise the use of the public address system
• Prepare reports
• Compile occupancy statistics

Qualification

Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hospitality Skills or related field
Experience
5- year minimum in five- star hotel or fine dining restaurant
Service years in supervisor/manager level
5- year previous experience in same position
Knowledge and skills
Maintain high standards of personal hygiene at all times
Be aware of all Health, Safety and Fire regulations and abide by their terms
Ensure that full uniform is worn at all times
Working with multi- cultural teams

Fluent English
