To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company’s policy and procedures
To look after all guest service areas and maintain it to the highest standard level
Able to remain calm under pressure and handle an emergency situation
Health Club attendants / Fitness coach will ensure guest interaction and communication lines are seamless and effective.
To ensure all equipment is in safe condition and in working order
Health Club Attendant / Fitness Coach maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in all aspects of the operation, assisting the therapist in setting & clearing up the treatment room and assisting the guests in a professional and helpful manner when needed.
To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company’s policy related to fire, hygiene, health and safety
Flexibility in changes to meet operational demands including shift/duty roster, guest preferences as directed by admin on duty;
Responsible in the general upkeep of the Health CLub area and supports in the delivery of wellness experience.
To establish good relationships and rapport with guests and colleagues
To complete all assignments stated by deadlines with the spa manager or supervisor’s guidelines
Ensure full participation in brand and business building activities.
Health Club Preparation including a standard set up for Gym and Yoga studio and facilities, guest amenities and food and beverage (daily Infused water and Fruits);

High School or Vocational Certificate or equivalent
Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Local Vietnamese
Must have a comprehensive knowledge/ experience of gym and wellness programs and proficient in the use of Office programs, Hotel and Spa operating systems.
Language: Able to read and write English.

Rest and relaxation, Home leave allowance: 2 million per 3 service months
