[HÀ NỘI] SALES EXECUTIVE STAFF (LOGISTICS)

· Coordinate between Operation/Customer Service Team and customers; consult, report and discuss with superior
· Control costs from suppliers
· Maintain current customers, seeking new customers in order to expand business
· Job details will be discussed in the interview
· ­Meet the requirements regarding to price as well as consulting import & export procedures for in country and overseas
· Handle ocean, air and truck freight and warehouse business
· Handle direct demand for external & internal customers for Sales activity
· Complete training and process development activities according to the company&039;s plan (ISO, HORENSO, 5S, 5W1H ...)
· Arrange international freight business and domestic logistics
· Support the need of Superior for information to handle Sales activity
· Collect related expenses; prepare quotation and send to external and internal customers on time.
· Keep in regular contact with customers, suppliers

· Graduated University of related majors
· Proactive, hard- working
· Interpersonal skills, analytical, negotiation and problem- solving skills.
· Have experience 1- 2 years in sales, logistics field
· Have experience of working for Japanese is a priority
· Good at speaking and writing English
· Good communication, negotiation, pricing skills
