Hà Nội - Senior Manual Tester

Maintain close alignment with QC Lead and colleagues to ensure testing scope and objectives are consistent across assigned modules.
Provide regular reports to QA leadership or Functional/ Dedicated Team Leader, updating on task progress and status.
Actively participate in Agile meetings (stand- ups, planning, reviews, etc.) to understand user stories, acceptance criteria, and provide testing feedback within Agile sprint teams.
Coordinate with Stakeholders, Product Owners, and the Scrum Team to break down and clarify regression test cases for manual and automation testing.
Analyze tickets, defect trends, and stakeholder feedback to improve testing quality and effectiveness.
Develop test plans, test cases, and execute them, while raising defects and performing test closure activities within each s.
Collaborate closely with developers and business analysts to design effective test strategies.
Collaborate as a member of the Functional/Dedicated Development Team for one or multiple modules.
Provide testing support for web/desktop applications created by our in- house IT development team, ensuring end- to- end testing and quality control throughout the project lifecycle, from Blueprinting to Implementation.
Liaise with development teams to ensure adequate resolution of defects and conduct retesting as necessary.
Develop comprehensive manual test cases and test scenarios based on requirements and user stories.
Analyze, report, and monitor test results, tracking defects in the system and investigating defect reports from production support to isolate their root causes.
Take ownership of testing services within the assigned Functional/Dedicated Team.
Work closely with development and business teams to communicate the impact of issues and understand business requirements.
Perform a diverse range of testing types, including functional testing, non- functional testing (performance, security, etc.), and API testing.
Review and analyze software requirements, identifying any unclear or inconsistent elements and seeking clarification through Q&A processes.
Proactively escalate any concerns or quality risks to the QC Lead following the escalation process.
Produce clear and concise testing documentation, strictly adhering to the testing process.
Engage in recommended training activities to enhance competencies, testing techniques, and process understanding, as suggested by Team Leaders.

Be a team player and able to work effectively with a minimum of supervision as well.
Able to handle or experienced with business analysis will be preferred.
Business proficient level of English to attend meetings with non Vietnamese stakeholders, provide support to applications, help team to take the best decision and document your work.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Experience with manual QC processes, including inspection, testing, and documentation.
Proactive, eager to learn, young and dynamic, you want to blossom contributing to a company in full expansion.
Knowledge about Agile Project Methodology.
Hands- on experience in developing, documenting, and implementing quality assurance standards.
Ability to effectively manage time, and arrange and carry out multiple tasks of different priorities.
Having experience in the Consumer Finance/Banking systems testing will be preferred.
Having experience in API test, Performance test or Security test is a plus.
Degree in Computer Science, IT, or relevant majors.
Strong test case design skills.
Database query using SQL.
Able to execute test suite in Selenium or any other auto testing tools/platform is plus.
At least 3+ year of experience as a QC/Tester with good experience in manual testing for web- based, desktop applications, and backend services.
