[HÀ NỘI] TRADE MARKETING SPECIALIST

Strategic purpose of the position:

To execute standard for brand images at point of sales and support the expansion of quality distribution by developing and implementing trade activities on time in full.

Job responsibilities:

Develop and manage execution of trade activities as per Commercial calendar
Brand & Trade Activities:
· Manage POSM and work with BA to support brand events & trade activation
· Implement documents (PAF, PR, act process, monitoring template, sales briefing & payment) in collaboration with other stakeholders.
· Develop below- the- line activities (BA mechanics, outlet mechanics, retailer mechanics…) in cooperation with Brand team
TONT Outlets Efficiency:
· Develop, deploy, track performance and action plan
· Develop Push & Pull activities to support Sales team & BA Team to drive performance.
· Take lead Trade Activation at TONT outlets with perfect execution in- store.
· Perfect store model: follow up, tracking and action plan to improve.
Data &
P
erformance Analysis
· Conduct tracking, analyse performance data and reports to help evaluate execution excellence in the market
· Collect market data, draw insight and recommend response
Other tasks assigned by managers

Personal qualifications / competencies

· 1- 2 years of relevant working experience in Sales FMCG or trade marketing (relevant channel is preferred); international company experience is a plus
· Good project management, data analysis and communication
· Proactiveness & ability to work in fast- paced environment
· Good MS office and English communication.
· Willingness to field work
· Good at negotiation and influencing

Educational / minimum requirements

· University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
