Mô tả công việc

The Business Development Supervisor is responsible for driving new business growth and achieving annual targets by implementing the strategy set by Superiors. They are tasked with leading and supervising the Business Development team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of effective solutions to new customers. They act as the primary point of contact for resolving customer queries or issues and interact with clients to provide information and respond to inquiries related to KWE&039;s range of products and services, including Ocean, Air, CBT, Warehousing, and VAS Services for both inbound and outbound operations.

Based on customer analysis, develop solutions that exceed their expectations such as: offer competitive rates, improve services, highlight the company&039;s strengths and global network.
Review team reports and provide advice on the next action plans.
Regularly visit customers to address any issues, monitor competitors&039; activity, gather market information, and maintain customer trust.
Prepare and verify service contracts, ensuring the liability range and credit terms are clearly defined.
Share valuable customer and market information with overseas agents and follow up with them on quotations.
Provide support and guidance to the Business Development staff in customer visits, advice on approach and rates, and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
Stay updated on trade trends by periodically discussing with the Procurement team and monitoring market rate trends.
Manage the RFQ process, including checking conditions, collecting buying rates, consulting direct superiors, and submitting a competitive rate.
Address payments with customers and update status to related parties.
Seek new business opportunities based on the strategy set by the Business Development Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

► Education and experience:

Relevant working experience in the forwarding and logistics industry is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Economics, International Trade, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
Japanese Language Level at least N2 and business English

► Required skills and abilities:

Flexibility and adaptability.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset oriented, with the ability to establish and sustain productive relationships.
Detail- oriented and meticulous approach to work.
Analytical and solution- oriented approach to problem- solving.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

► Working condition & Benefits:

Net salary: Negotiable (13 months a year plus Tet bonus & Annual performance bonus)
Working Place: TTC Building, No.19 Duy Tan Street, Dich Vong Hau, Cau Giay District, Hanoi
Annual Leave: 12 days/year (after probation time)
Annual Salary Increase: once per year
Working time: 8:00 – 17:35 Monday- Friday (Close Saturday & Sunday)
Others: International working environment with a lot of opportunities for learning and development, training courses, company trip, etc.
Insurance: 24 hours’ Accident Insurance, Social Insurance, Health Care Insurance
Performance Assessment: twice per year (fixed in April and October)
