[Hanoi] - Marketing Manager for Hospital Service

• Work closely and actively with clinic directors, sales, operations, and clinic channel directors to improve business and marketing effectiveness and assure alignment
• Oversee all marketing initiatives, including offline and online campaigns to raise brand awareness, advertise and introduce service offerings, engage with companies, add value, and hold conferences, seminars, round tables for product presentations, training sessions for service providers, engage the community, provide medical education, materials, marketing and communication materials, competitive analysis, monthly reports, and so on.
• Establish marketing plans for your brand&039;s image and service groups.
• Predict business trends to implement marketing operations in time for clients to perceive clinic channel services.
• Create marketing strategies and put operational plans into place for clinics and service groups to draw clients; create estimates for the quarterly and annual marketing budgets and make sure they are allocated; and use and manage the marketing budget as efficiently as possible.
• Examine and document the status of plans, profit, and market share targets being implemented.
• Create comprehensive online sales and brand promotion channels; guarantee uniformity in the company&039;s image and brand; create social media marketing plans; make effective use of online marketing technologies;
• Set yearly goals for revenue growth, market share, and profits by analyzing data on competitors, products, and market potential.
• Help the business reach its sales targets by finding more new clients, identifying efficient sales channels, and developing initiatives to boost sales.
• Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities to identify market opportunities
• Stay up to date with technology advancements and developments in online communication channels;

• Ability to work independently and work well in a team
• Graduated from university or higher with majors in marketing management, business administration or related fields
• Effective presentation and communication skills
• At least five years of marketing management experience is required; expertise selling healthcare items and working for pharmaceutical businesses is advantageous.
• Use English fluently in all 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
• Problem- solving skills
