Hanoi - Senior Technical Service Engineer / Service Engineer

** THE ROLE
To contribute to profitable growth in product and services revenue, through engineering consultancy, technical support, and medical device services work.
** RESPONSIBILITY
Coordinate with QT Instruments Vietnam for projects in Vietnam which involve multi parties/suppliers/customers.
To conduct on- site product training and technical training to customers
To execute on- site all types of reliability technical services (troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, aftersales services).
To conduct condition monitoring system delivery at customer site.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Qualification
Diploma or higher degree in engineering disciplines (preferable in medical devices or biomedical)
Been working for a medical device company is an advantage.
Specific experiences
At least 4- 5 years’ experience in maintenance field and/or working in service contract.
Experience in medical devices is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies to be successful on the job
Strategic thinking, self- motivated, able to work independently.
Biomedical/Electronics engineer or related field.
Knowing how about computer interfacing is a plus.
Good computer skills (MS office: excel, word, pp is a must).
Project management skills are a plus.
Good communication skills at all organizational levels are essential. Good communication skill in English and computer skills is mandatory.
Good interpersonal skills- able to interact well with all levels of customers and able to build reports.
High energy level with good time management and planning skills.
