[Hanoia] Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Leading with authenticity, compassion and humanity, the CEO needs to cultivate a culture of creativity and innovation; to inspire a sense of purpose and belongings amongst employees.
The CEO provides leadership for all aspects of the company’s operations with an emphasis on realizing short-term and long-term strategic, financial and operational goals and objectives; closely coordinates and works with the Group Partners, Group team and other internal companies to ensure effective execution of communication campaigns and business development.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Manages and directs the company toward its primary goals and objectives.
Oversees the ongoing operations of all functional departments in the company covering Artistic, Collection, Production, Sales & Marketing and other support functions.
Promotes communication and cooperation among departments to create a spirit of unity in the organization.
Ensures and keeps employees engaged and motivated during the structural and organizational changes.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Reviews the company’s financial, operational, sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase of operating efficiencies.
Performs other related duties to benefit the mission of the company
Works with the Group and the company’s Head of Departments to establish short-term objectives and long-term goals
Mentors and interacts with employees at all levels to foster growth
Creates, improves, implements and enforces policies and procedures that will improve operational and financial effectiveness of the company.
Communicates effectively and establishes credibility throughout the company and with the Group as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.
Presents regular reports on the status of the company’s operations to the Group and to relevant employees.

Requirements and preferred qualifications:

Outstanding problem solving
Thorough understanding of management and financial practices in all areas and phases of business operations
A taste for art and culture is a plus
Extensive experience in the leadership roles; preference in lifestyle, fashion or artistic areas
Fluent English
Excellent managerial and financial skills and the ability to take leadership over any business operations area
Bachelor’s degree in business or related, MBA from top school preferred
At least 5 years&039; experience at the same position, Entrepreneurial experince is a plus
